Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed and sent from our Australian warehouse. We keep stock on hand so delivery is fast and predictable.

Dispatch

Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery areas

We deliver to all Australian addresses. We do not ship outside Australia.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.

Age verification on delivery

These products are for adults aged 21 and older. A valid age check is completed at checkout, and the courier may request identification on delivery. If the recipient cannot verify they are 21 or older, the parcel will be returned.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is late or appears lost, contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
